He has dedicated over a decade to advocating for young people. Growing up in the Nottingham city area, he's faced numerous challenges and made some poor decisions during his formative years. However, these experiences fuelled his passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young individuals.

Driven by a desire for change, he began volunteering at local youth centers, where he discovered the profound difference mentorship and support can make. His commitment to empowering young people led him to pursue a BA degree in Youth and Community, and he is  proud to be JNC recognized.

Throughout his career, he has worked across various sectors, including private, voluntary, and local authorities, gaining invaluable insights and experience in youth work. Hence why he felt it was only right to begin Empowering The Youth Foundation as now he can dedicate his support to the wellbeing of those amongst the community
