There's a lot to know about Ali and what drives him every day to be a youth mentor.

Here's what you need to know:

Ali's Bio

What our students have to say

I can't express enough how much ali has positively impacted my life. From the moment i met him as a youth worker, he created a safe environment that encouraged curiosity and made sure everyone was comfortable.

He took the time to understand each of his young people always offering support and guidance when we faced challenges.and he inspired me to pursue my interests with confidence.

Thanks to his encouragement, I continued until i found a place in a collage doing something i wanted to do. Ali’s dedication and belief in my potential have truly changed the course of my life for the better.

Ali gave me a a place to go on the weekdays and also kept me out of trouble he was also very good with how he runs the youth and he had a lot of time for the young people who go there.
JM
When I was banned from all other youth centers Ali took me in and saw “potential” in me and invited me up to the mobile I never thought anything of it but I ended up having a somewhat mentor and a lifelong Friend Ali’s past experiences and words of wisdom helped shape me into the lad I’m becoming I sorted my life out and got a job. He is easily one of the best youth workers and people I’ve ever met he sees the other side in people.

Ali is a very nice person he is considerate and cares about what we have to say and he helps and genuinely wants to know how we are and how we feel he is a funny person and does his job right and is there when he is needed he's really respectful he's a very honest person and if you are doing something wrong he will say and he has his own opinions he is always looking out for you and has a genuine love for his job and he is kind hearted and respectful.

You’ve helped me in ways that not a lot of people have, you’re a person who’s there for everyone no matter your situation, your patient and treat us all as people instead of kids, your someone who’s always there for everyone even if your going though things yourself. If I had to tell someone about you as a youth worker I’d say that your someone who you can turn to when needed

Ali is an understanding person. I always know I can talk with Ali about anything and he always listens to me without any judgment. Once Ali could see I might benefit from joining his sessions so he asked me to come along and at first I didn't think it would make a difference but it really did.
Ali always give me the most real and honest advise even if if might not be what I want to hear but it always makes sense once he explains his way of seeing things which helps me to see things more clear afterwards.
I like going to see Ali and if I ever go and see him when I'm in a bad mood he nearly always manages to change my mood and if he can't then he will still give me the most realistic advice to manage to mood and tells me not to let my mood effect the decisions I make while I am in a bad mood and act on them.
Ali is sound.
